Mukhyamantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana is giving new direction to the skills of Divyang youth

Under the Mukhyamantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna, LEDs are being used to make disabled youth skilled in rural areas of remote areas. Bulb making training has been given. Today, youth are getting financial benefits by joining self-employment with their hard work and dedication. The women of self-help group belonging to Gamharia Gothan of Jashpur block were given LEDs by differently abled youth. Bulb making training is being given. So that women can also become self-reliant by earning extra income. Better efforts are being made by the district administration to advance the talented youth of the district.


Under the guidance of Collector Ritesh Kumar and Assistant Director of District Skill Development Department Prakash Yadav, a unique initiative has been taken to identify the disabled youth of the district and connect them with LED bulbs. At present, disabled beneficiaries trained under Mukhyamantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and differently abled beneficiaries of other districts are getting financial benefits by joining this work. Products such as LED bulbs, emergency lights, sound boxes, tea bulbs, etc. are being manufactured continuously at their manufacturing center located in Jashpurnagar. In future, plans are being prepared to make more new products by Hurmand Divyang youth. So that this product can reach more and more people. For this, ww-digiabled-com has also been created as well as these electronic products will be available in C.Mart, the ambitious scheme of Government of Chhattisgarh. So far, disabled beneficiaries have taken benefits by selling electronic products worth Rs.1 lakh 50 thousand. In future, continuous work is being done to connect more disabled beneficiaries with this work by training them with Mukhyamantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana.
